Dog out of control

When i get home from a long hard day at work, i like the house to be peaceful atleast until i settle down..My Gf has this poodle that is wide open.. I try to like her and i guess she trys to like me But for some reason she drives me up the wall..She strike a nerve in more ways than one..When i get home, she'll bark and run all over the house like she was on fire.. She starts breathing like she has asma..All of this together is wayyyy to much for me.. If she do all of this when i come home, just imagine how she reacts when my GF gets home!! The dog is very loyal and is a very good dog but i can do without the hyperness! :>)

Just give me my kitties!! I love my kitties!!
